We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our business by performing a variety of administrative functions as assigned in accordance with the office procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and Google Docs.
This is a remote position perfect for those with any type of work background such as administrative assistant, data entry clerk, typing, customer service representative, etc.
Responsibilities:
Filing and tracking paperwork
Input data into invoicing platforms
Scheduling and managing calendars
Emailing reminders for meetings and events
Proactive communication with clients and co workers
Attend meetings and take minutes
Other duties assigned as needed
