Key Responsibilities:

  2. Craft optimal schedules for our tech experts, weighing factors like geography, urgency, and skillset to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  3. Be the voice of reassurance to our customers, confirming appointments, sharing updates, and resolving queries with a touch of HavenHub’s signature care.
  4. Sync with our sales and customer service professionals to fine-tune the scheduling and ensuring precision in every appointment booked.
  5. Keep a meticulous ledger of service requests, and technician appointments, all within our advanced scheduling system.
  6. Monitor the field flow, adeptly tweaking the day’s customer needs to meet the unexpected, evolving challenges.
  7. Deliver a customer service excellence, resolving service requests while keeping our clients in the loop, every step of their journey.

Requirements:

  1. Proven prowess in dispatch or scheduling, ideally within the home services or construction sector, with a knack for logistical focus.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills, experienced multitasker, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  3. Great communication abilities, able to weave clarity and confidence into every conversation, whether with customers or technicians.
  4. Skilled in the art of scheduling, using software scheduling apps to map out the day’s logistics and track our technicians' quests.
