Remote Project Manager (Creative Agency Experience Required)
Join our team as a skilled Project Manager with expertise in creative agency environments. You'll take charge of projects from start to finish, acting as the central point of contact for clients, team members, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Gather project requirements and ensure all necessary information is obtained
- Initiate projects and oversee workflow to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with the creative team to define project objectives, scope, and timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered punctually, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate tasks among the creative team with support from the traffic manager
- Foster positive client relationships by conducting key project meetings and maintaining open communication
- Enhance creative briefs by interpreting client requests effectively
- Provide regular project status updates and reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement while keeping long-term goals in mind
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in project management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- A knack for balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ownership and leadership qualities
- Remote work experience
- Bachelor's degree (BS, BA, or BFA)
- Proficiency in Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with project management platforms
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office suite
