As an Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth administrative processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and organizing files
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls
  • Track Key performance Metrics 
  • Manage Cold call and SMS Marketing channels 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
