Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Starting Pay: $10 - $17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Equipment Qualifications:

  • Hard Drive Space: Applicants must have access to a computer or laptop with a minimum of 20-60 GB of available hard drive space.
  • Operating System: A computer or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 operating system is required.
  • Internet Connectivity: Ability to connect to the internet via an ethernet cord. Stable internet connection with a latency threshold between 50-120 ms.
  • Headset Compatibility: Access to a USB headset or a computer with an earphone port for headset connectivity is necessary for clear communication during customer interactions.
