Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome phone calls to new clients
- Help get new clients onboarded to the software (GHL - white-labeled to us)
- Answer client questions effectively via Email / WhatsApp / Phone calls/Zoom/Google Meet
- Go through snapshot we've created with clients via zoom/google meet
Job Requirements:
- English is required
- Remote work is acceptable
- Experience with zoom/google meet is preferred
- Proficient with computers
- Prior experience working with automations is required.
- Prior experience onboarding clients within GoHighLevel is required.
