Job description:
The ideal candidate loves being the person who interfaces between the dev team and the Operations team, understands technology deeply at both the server level and at the development level, understands where the gaps often are between these two, and is excited about filling those gaps and taking proactive steps to prevent mobile/web application emergencies from ever happening.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Have previous work experience as an Operations Engineer/Devops Engineer for minimum of 4 years
· Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that application development and deployment is done in the best possible way.
· Implement quality control and review systems throughout the development and deployment processes.
· Support applications on MySQL, Kubernetes, and Docker.
· Support the maintenance of all operational activities related to the DevOps systems
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of AWS.
· Application administration, monitoring and troubleshooting
· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is a plus
