We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Virtual Call Center Agent. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales, a persuasive communication style, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer service and sales calls (30-40 per day).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, scheduling home service visits, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Convey a professional and convincing voice to assure callers they are in the right place for their computer service needs.
  • Manage call durations to ensure calls are completed within 10 minutes.
  • Use strong organizational skills to track and schedule service visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Hub Staff or other CRM tools.
  • Adapt to extended working hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably handling inbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to sound professional and convincing over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls and schedules effectively.
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week with open availability for weekends and extended hours.
  • A calm and efficient approach to problem-solving and customer inquiries.
  • Reliable, dedicated, and fully committed to the job.
  • Ability to legally work in the United States; applicants from abroad are welcome, provided they meet this requirement.

Technical Requirements

  • A stable internet connection.

  • Familiarity with call center software, Hub Staff, or similar tools.
