Accountant - Part Time fixed price

The Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing valuable financial insights to support our company's success. Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end closing activities of multiple accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries of multiple accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review for multiple accounts
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions of multiple accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax returns of multiple accounts
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and review financial transactions, expenses, and revenues to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks of multiple accounts
• Stay updated with accounting principles, standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Requirements:

• CPA - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online (and other accounting software) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM - 12 NN US Pacific Time Zone(PST).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
