Mid-Level Graphic Designer full time

IMS360 is searching for a creative graphic designer who is a conceptual thinker and a stickler for the details, (frontend and/or backend website development skills i.e., CSS, HTML, Javascript a plus). They should be able to formulate innovative concepts that support a company’s brand, marketing strategies, and sales goals. This person will work closely with a team of Design and Animation professionals, Marketing Consultants, and the Agency’s Marketing Director and Manager, to take design concepts and turn them into completed assets. Along with design and perhaps web skills, this person should have some basic experience with copywriting as it relates to its effect on design hierarchy/flow, user experience, and persuasion. 

Our ideal candidate will stay attuned to content marketing best practices, be able to manage their projects and time efficiently, take-in and apply constructive feedback, and show a successful execution of optimizations. Overachievement in a fast-paced environment doesn’t go unnoticed. Please be prepared to share examples of previous work. 

Requirements: 

  • Design Software Skills: Proficient knowledge and use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create custom print and digital assets 
  • General Design Skills: Ability to work with multiple clients to either establish a brand presence or follow existing brand guidelines in both professional and playful styles 
  • Front End Web-Development: Knowledge and ability to create and maintain websites using WordPress. Can make updates to existing pages to match the current templates and designs of multiple clients.Ability to design and implement custom web pages a plus. 
  • Backend Web-Development: Programming and coding (Light, Moderate, or Experienced) in HTML, CSS, and Java script a plus. 
  • Communications: Communication and collaboration on a creative vision and how it will help achieve goals. 
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Experience creating custom documents and presentations in Microsoft's Suite of programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). 
  • Content Marketing: Up to date on the latest social media trends for the following platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X. Experience creating social copy, static imagery, animated posts, reels, and stories. 

Bonus Skills: 

  • Google Analytics & Ads: Preparation, setup, and interpretation of results. 
  • SEO/SEM: Optimization of keywords, metatags, H1 tags, code, etc. For improving organic search results, web score, and ads performance. 
  • Social media: Social campaign copy and asset creation, and integration into overall strategy. 
  • General Marketing Experience: Preparing and executing campaigns that include print and digital assets to drive user-engagement, promote new offerings/services/solutions, drive web traffic, and create a following. 
  • Experience utilizing a marketing platform for email communications such as Constant Contact. Creating email copy, email headers, and formatting the design for high engagement.
