What do I offer?

   -- I match clients with potential candidates from my database of staff.

2. Consultancy
   -- I provide consultation services to clients who need help with: Recruitment, Finding the right VA, What to expect when working with VA's.

3. 24/7 Point of Contact
   -- In the event that you have issues with your VA, or if you have any questions in general, I can be reached 24/7 through all mediums and can provide feedback in less than 24 hours.

Pro's:

1. Cheap
   -- I do not cost much. I will work within your budget to find you the best fit for your business.

2. No Bureaucracy
   -- You will work directly with me in the sourcing and hiring of your staff, and you can directly reach me for after care services.

3. Hands on experience
   -- I will provide the sourcing and hiring services for you, but you will work directly with your VA. This is with the understanding that you will provide them ample training and feedback to avoid unforeseen issues. Documentation is your best friend.

4. Access to a 6000+ database of skilled and experienced staff
   -- From VA's, to Developers, I can provide you a myriad of potential staff to choose from, based of course on your desired skills and experience.

5. Staff Double
   -- For a small fee, you can hire another VA to act as a back up VA in case your primary VA is absent on that particular day. This "Staff Double" will be trained alongside your current staff and will step in in case of emergency so your business is not disrupted.

6. Replacement Services
   -- In the event that your staff does not work out, you may contact me again, and I will find a replacement staff for you at no extra cost.**
   **Provided you have given them ample documented warnings and feedback (3 at least).

7. I will not be an extra cost to you.
   -- Most staffing firms will charge you a one time, upfront fee, or a monthly recurring fee for their services. With me though, you will not be charged for anything except for your staff's monthly rate. My rate is already built in into the rate we are charging you. It's that simple.
