We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team for the next couple years.
This manager will have two key responsibilities:
- Manage our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for our company Youtube channel
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with the TikTok/ Instagram/LinkedIn platforms and a strong understanding of current trends within the space
- Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram/LinkedIn and experience in TikTok/Instagram content creation
- Ability to create engaging content that align with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
- Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, the social communities, conversations, and trends
- Passion for brand-driven growth and for social and content is required

Youtube Management Responsibilities
- This manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for the channel
- This candidate will help develop and execute a strategy to grow their channels and help formulate KPIs for the channel's growth
- This candidate will ensure 1-2 videos are published to the channel, without fail, every week, ensuring that deliverables are received on time from the creator, the thumbnail editor, and the video editors.
- The candidate will own the upload/publishing and optimization of content to their assigned YouTube channels and oversee general day-to-day operations
- Work with analytics and audience strategy teams to develop and optimize titles, tags, descriptions, cards, playlists, thumbnails and other content/features across the channel(s)
- Support short-form content strategy development by providing regular YouTube analytics content performance insights
- Work with producers and post teams to track content delivery and maintain master publishing schedules/calendars
- Leverage TubeBuddy, Tubular Labs, and other platforms to share additional insights with relevant partners
- Regularly report and share channel performance with senior creative and business stakeholders
- Attend weekly brainstorms and scheduled interdepartmental meetings
- Update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting on a weekly basis
- Maintain high spelling and grammar standards across the channel

- Regular pay bumps: our pay starts at $5/hour and increases to $15/hour as you stay on the team and perform well. We want to reward our talented team members and ideally would have you on the team for at least 2-3 years.
