  • Previous account management or customer service experience
  • Experience creating and giving professional presentations, reporting to clients, and communicating with business executives
  • Quality assurance experience
  • Digital marketing skills and experience -- SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or better in marketing, business administration, computer science, or related field
  • Front and back-end web development skills -- HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in several of these tools: Basecamp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SalesForce, Hootsuite, Screaming Frog, SEOmoz, MailChimp, Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Google Adwords and/or Google Analytics certified
  • As one of our Account Managers you will orchestrate our clients’ digital marketing services, liaising between our different internal teams -- design, development, copy, SEO, SEM, social media management, etc. -- to complete deliverables on time, on budget, and always consistent with client branding, voice, and marketing objectives
  • Expertly identify and solve possible issues in client accounts, digital strategy, or deliverables
  • Be our last line of defense in quality assurance, ensure that deliverables, reports, and all client communications are 100% error free
  • Lead and/or actively participate in client calls and meetings to create initial digital marketing strategy, provide status updates, give presentations, and address client concerns
  • Be our clients’ champion and liaison with our team, provide outstanding customer service, and work diligently to help us maintain our high client retention rate
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable of clients’ business, clients’ industry, and best digital marketing practices
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure secure keeping of clients’ information
  • Promote additional digital marketing services
  • Address client billing issues and ensure collection of payments for services rendered
