- Process A/R invoice entry
- Enter monthly journal entries
- Cash, Checks, and ACH receipts entry
- Bank Reconciliation
- Researching and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinates and maintains paperwork as required
- Special projects
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- A good proficiency in excel
- Google Docs and Sheets
- Quickbooks Online
