Vancouver Brain Injury Association (Vancouver BIA) needs bookkeeping and administrative assistance general nonprofit office duties. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Google business applications is required. Knowledge and experience of Google G Suite would be useful.
Vancouver Brain Injury Association has been an all-volunteer nonprofit organization. Unfortunately, several volunteers are no longer with us. Office administration and bookkeeping need paid support staff. Online remote staff seems to be an ideal solution.
An immediate need is for a bookkeeper and virtual assistant. Vancouver BIA needs basic email campaigns utilizing auto-responders to build membership, for fundraising, and most importantly to reach the people that need our help. It would be helpful if our virtual assistant was able to write copy for the emails.
This project is to build an effective basic bookkeeping and administration system and then to provide services on an ongoing basis.
