Job Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex problems while bringing new perspectives to the table
  • Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, fix code bugs and set up the required infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product development teams 
  • Provide mentorship to other members of the team and implement back-end services 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Demonstrable work experience with Solidity or C++ or (Go or Rust)
  • Nice to have some familiarity with Python
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in highly ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with a knack for communicating thoughts and ideas clearly 
  • Function with minimum hand-holding and micromanagement
