We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and who can partner with multiple companies to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, and strengthens client relationships. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven record of sales growth

• Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field

• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques

• Exceptional project management skills

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

Required

• Educational background in business, marketing or related field.

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
