We're seeking a content developer and teacher for a special course aimed at young students titled 'Junior Leadership Program'. We need someone who can both develop the class content and conduct the class.

2. Target Audience
- Students in grades 5 to 7 attending international schools (grades 5 to 8)
- Advanced learners preparing for international schools, specialized high schools, or studying abroad
- Learning Focus: Reading, Debating, Writing
3. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top 30 U.S. university (Ivy League preferred)
- Nationality: USA or Canada
- Experience: Preferred experience in content development, teaching, or winning major essay/speech contests such as the John Locke Essay Competition, Ayn Rand Contest, Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest, etc.
4. Conditions
- Content Development Schedule: April to Early June
- Pilot Class Duration: Starting Mid-June (or Early July)
- Salary: Separate Content Development Fee (to be discussed) + Pilot Class Payment set at USD 25 to 40 per hour
