Client Success Specialist full time

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will be the lead point of contact for all client points of contact. This hire will be the go-to person for all matters related to the success of CrewBloom’s clients.

  • Execute the client onboarding process. Tasks include kick-off calls, systems prep, and training outlines
  • Engage in regular communication with all account POCs
  • Execute Quarterly Client Review Calls
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen working relationships with the POCs of each client.
  • Consult clients on performance enhancement strategies given contractor daily reports
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive contractor performance.
  • Prepare reports for the leadership team surrounding account wellness
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Drive revenue through compensation enhancements, promotions, and account growth
  • Troubleshoot escalations to ensure resolutions are achieved
  • Send Client satisfaction surveys and execute process enhancements that align with feedback submitted
  • Work closely with the Contractor Success team to ensure KPIs are exceeded.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to account POCs on all systems and processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to engage with and effectively communicate with C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for back-up
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with a webcam.
