Work from home opportunity! Our large, growing copywriting agency is looking for a content marketing specialist to join our team and take care of our inbound leads. This includes talking live on Drift (our live site chat), on the phone (we won’t start phone calls till you’re comfortable), handling emails and working our existing list of customers with a content marketing approach at all times.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME, available (non-committed) content marketing / support agent to commit to working M-F from a quiet home office, reliable internet with high upload speeds (minimum 5 mbps to use our VOIP system and take calls from clients), and a up-to-date PC/Mac as well as smart phone, within a 9a - 5p time period (8-3 okay, too), CST time zone.

You will be working according to priorities (taking care of live chats as soon as they come in, building carts, answering emails), and working closely with our Content Director, who manages our team of writers. You will also be actively brainstorming with our CEO on sales and inbound leads goals (if you have some experience in Facebook Live, etc - excellent! we're about to start a strategy with FB Live).

Our remote office is Skype, where we all communicate in group threads. Our goals are 2-3 inbound leads that close per day, with flexibility based on our sales cycle (prospect -> sale). We don’t want to be pushy, but this goal is more than reachable given our current inbound lead activity: our site has over 14,000 rankings in Google, our list of customers is in the thousands, and our CEO, Julia McCoy, is a top content marketing expert who just created a course, and is publishing an all-inclusive content marketing guidebook this year.

Experience: At least 2 years in content marketing. Must be a good writer (new prospects need to see great writing on live chat especially to feel confident in our content services). Management level experience (you must have managed a project, team, etc.). Communications and client/customer support experience.

We are not as focused on sales experience as we are content marketing, but we are looking for an pleasant, client-oriented person who is savvy and smart in content marketing.

Custom Wordpress site & e-commerce services shop features (we’ll train you)

Skype - daily threads and conversations


Travel to content marketing events to network and learn (travel costs covered).

Work in a female-led environment, with positive, open-forum style weekly meetings and rewards for goals met.

Work from home. Never travel to work! We do ask for you to be in a quiet home office during work hours and when placing (and receiving) all client calls.
