This is a part time job that will be roughly 10-20 hours a week.
Our business is in Smart Phone Repair. The primary role will be speaking with our customers that have just had their iPhone fixed. You will send a text message and tell them about our wonderful warranty policy and ask the customer to share their repair experience on google.
You will be equipped with a list of customer names and phone numbers, and you will use iMessage to communicate with the customers. Most of the interactions with the customers will be two pre-loaded text messages (You will need to change the customer name, and the phone number). You will get 150 customers a day that you will contact.
Our targeted goal is to have 5% of customers write a honest review on our google listing.
Candidate must be able to work during United States work hours.
Candidate must have access to an iMessage/Apple account.
Candidate must be proficient in Customer Service with ideally 3+ years experience.
