We seek an empathetic, methodical, and positive Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping our clients and providing an excellent customer support experience. The ideal candidate also has a strong passion for technology and for helping others.
Orion Software is a young software startup that has been growing rapidly for 1.5 years. We are small but well-capitalized, and more importantly, we are strongly determined to provide the best service to our clients, who are based in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Helping clients until their problem is solved.
- Handling customer complaints (by email or on social media)
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
- Email a daily activities report to the Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in Customer Support, at least 5 years
- Fast internet connection (this is a Remote Job) and PC/laptop.
- Availability between 5 PM and 2 AM CET (with a one-hour break during that period), Monday through Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough. Able to multitask and prioritize well.
- Long-term intent.
- Demonstrate excellent email etiquette and concise and accurate communications.
- Excellent learning ability and proactive self-learning.
- You must be technically savvy and have experience with Google Calendar.
- Strong passion for software and technology
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. Practical and efficient. Ability to reply quickly to emails.
- Resourceful in terms of internet search.
- Able to work independently but takes direction well from the Manager.
Salary: 1055 EUR per month gross + yearly performance bonuses
Your performance will be measured by Customer satisfaction and Ticket resolution rate. You will also receive a bonus each time a verified customer leaves a positive review that mentions our support.
