As a Design and Marketing Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital identity. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual content and marketing materials that resonate with our audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of current marketing trends, especially in the healthcare sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design engaging banners for social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Develop and design layouts for website pages that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Create and implement design strategies for email marketing campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Write and design marketing copies for various medical procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and appeal.
  • Produce engaging videos using advanced video creation tools and templates, aligning with our marketing strategies.
  • Market our services on social media, employing effective strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistency in our brand’s visual and marketing communications.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and marketing trends, particularly in the healthcare sector.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Biteable).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in social media content, web design, email campaigns, and video production.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for medical or healthcare-related content.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
