Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on an hourly basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a virtual environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about digital marketing and online business growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on website management and email marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and edit websites and landing pages using platforms such as Kajabi and ShinePages, ensuring a seamless user experience. Templates are used in most cases.
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automations using tools like Active Campaign, Mailchimp, and MailerLite to optimize client outreach and retention.
- Collaborate with the team through project management tools such as Asana and Slack to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing efforts, leveraging analytics to inform strategies.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing digital files.
- Adapt to various business needs, taking on additional tasks as required to support team objectives.
****Essential Skills and Experience ****
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or virtual assistant role, preferably within the online course and coaching space, and experience working with Australian-based companies.
- Proficiency in building and editing websites and landing pages on platforms like Kajabi and ShinePages or similar
- Experience in setting up and managing email marketing automations with tools such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, and Mailerlite.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Slack.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
