A Southern California-based real estate start-up company is looking for an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain listings and transactions
  • Maintain and manage sales team schedule and keep sales members accountable
  • Answer and direct calls as needed
  • Oversee and manage inventory of listings
  • Assist with the administration of leases and related documents, coordinate execution and distribution of materials
  • Setup, manage and maintain contracts, file sharing, and presentations
  • Lead generation and database management
  • Calendar critical dates and events
  • Provide general assistant support
