Full-Time Admin Assistant (Philippines location preferred) full time

In search of a highly dependable, trustworthy Admin. 3-4 years admin assistant experience required. Long-term, steady, ongoing work, Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Pay is $4.00 per hour.

Reliable internet connection and strong desire to work requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Email management - read and directly respond to prospect and client inquiries on my behalf
  • Hubstaff task card coordination and organization
  • Manage Trello writing pipeline - assign writing tasks, ensure deadlines met, assist writers

Skills Required:

  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills - using Grammarly is not enough
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • The ability to learn new processes after the 1st training

Work Environment:

You will work on Zoom and Slack as part of a close-knit support staff supporting a larger team
