This is for a full time job DURING US BUSINESS HOURS of 9AM EST until 6PM EST.
We are an employment agency that is looking for an all around talented employee that can handle Customer Service emails as well as other data entry and research tasks for a client of ours. The job requires the following:
- Respond to customer emails from multiple outlets
- Ensure refunds are processed correctly and replacement units sent out
- There is a possibility that this will include phone service support as well
- Research products and fill sheets with corresponding information
- Review current listings for errors or requiring updates
- Other tasks that can be taught
All of the jobs are tasks that can be taught to you however you must have the following skills:
- Fluent Spoken English
- You must be extremely detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Preferred)
- Very good with picking up software / good with technology
- Proficient with English Writing / Speaking
- Fast typist
We are looking for someone who wants to help grow a successful E-Commerce company. Someone looking for a long term position.

Please also note that you will be required to take an assessment that checks your level of attention to detail and possibly knowledge of Excel before acquiring the position.
