Solution Found is looking for an online virtual assistant who can assist the CEO in data entry work and other administrative tasks. The Ideal candidate for this role is someone who is responsible and organized.

Part time role

Tasks: 

  1. Proof-reading and formatting of texts
  2. Putting ideas from notes or audio messages into nice to read text
  3. Summarizing of information
  4. Creating reports and presentations
  5. Organizing ad nswering emails
  6. Organizing and renaming of files
  7. Searching online for the best/cheapest presents, electronics, gadgets, flights, etc.

Skills needed:

  1. Good command in English
  2. Strong attention to details.
  3. Well organized.
  4. Has advanced Microsoft Office, Libre Office and Gsuite skills.
  5. Knows basic graphic designing.
  6. Is a fast learning

Other requirements:

  • must love to do the first 4 tasks (see above)

  • committed to providing any support needed

  • willing to work varying amounts of hours

Payment:

twice a month

up to 5 US$/hour depending on level of skills

Hours:

hours as necessary, short report required every 10 working hours
