The Housing Liaison will be responsible for facilitating and managing the short-term temporary

housing needs of our clients within the insurance sector. Candidates should possess strong

communication and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the insurance and

housing industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound inquiries seeking relocation assistance and temporary housing due to

insurance-related matters.

2. Coordinate with clients, temporary housing facilities, and insurance companies to manage

and arrange relocation efforts and housing alternatives.

3. Understand the specific requirements of clients to provide suitable temporary housing

solutions.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, realtors, and landlords to ensure

efficient operational workflow and high customer satisfaction.

5. Prepare and dispatch housing agreements following contractual guidelines and client request.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including client relations and customer service departments

to ensure a seamless interaction and client satisfaction.

7. Ensure all procedures are compliant with industry practices, company’s policies, and

insurance regulations.

8. Resolve any potential issues promptly and professionally, meeting or exceeding clients’

expectations.

9. Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records.

10. Keep informed about changes and advancements in the insurance and housing industries.

Qualifications:

2. Proven experience in the insurance or housing industry.

3. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of

stakeholders.

4. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

7. In-depth understanding of insurance terms and policies.

8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

9. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
