We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast paced sales cycle environment. As an Inside Sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and working closely with our sales team.
- Sourcing new sales leads and opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Set appointments, advance relationships and achieve quarterly production quotas
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Understanding Verve Networks products and services
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Prospect database maintenance
- Market events and webinars to prospects
- Client renewal tracking and quoting
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline

Requirements / Experience
- Proven B2B inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
