OVA VIRTUAL is looking for a professional and well-skilled individual who will join our team as an Internal Operations Assistant. She will be responsible for handling all communications and back-end processes with the company from a remote position.Ā 

To be successful as a Virtual Assistant Professional you must have a suitable internet connection and efficient equipment while working from home. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is also a key requirement for this position.

šŸ“Œ Qualifications:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience WORKING FROM HOME focusing on providing High-Level Administrative Executive Support (Ideally with International Clients)Ā 
  2. Proficient with using different tools and CRM such as Hubstaff, AirTable, Mailchimp, Canva, Slack, Zendesk, Google Suite, and, Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  3. Ideally, has a knack for creativity and design as the role will require someone who can create professionally looking outputĀ 
  4. Highly Organized
  5. Ability to Analyze and to Problem Solve is a Must
  6. Proactive and has the eagerness to learn and to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  7. Should have an Excellent Work Ethic
  8. Amenable to work for 20-40 Hours per Week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT

  1. Assistance in Monitoring Attendance and Time TrackingĀ 
  2. Managing Calendar and Email Correspondence
  3. Creating and Sending Company Newsletters using Canva and MailchimpĀ 
  4. Basic Social Media Management (Creating and Posting Contents on Social Media Pages on a Regular Basis - At least 1-2 Post per Week)
  5. Preparing and Sending Necessary Reports
  6. Updating and Organizing DocumentsĀ 
  7. Conducting Research in relation to the business
  8. Providing Excellent Back-End Support to all our Active Virtual Staffs
  9. Executing AdHoc Tasks such as sending E-cards (Birthday, Anniversary, Major Holidays), Ordering Gifts, and Organizing Internal Events
