Tasks to be solved at this position: 

  • Communication with the Customer and its support at all stages of project work, monitoring the timely exchange of data on the current status of the project; 

  • Development of long-term relationships, development of individual interaction strategies, maintaining customer loyalty; 

  • Identification, collection, execution of customer requirements, as well as its current business tasks for the subsequent competent transfer to the development team; 

  • Constructive negotiations and solution of emerging problem situations, if necessary; 

  • Conducting client document circulation on projects, preparation / transfer of accompanying materials (presentations, layouts, etc.)

  • Experience of independent interaction with corporate customers (work with requirements, not sales); 

  • The ability to correctly identify and clarify the requirements of the Customer, to coordinate additions to them;
