Looking to hire an acquisitions associate that will be responsible for evaluating potential acquisition opportunities across Multi-Family, Residential & FSBO and Expired listings. The cold callers support the transactions group during all aspects of the real estate investment process. Primary duties include outbound:
Sending Offers and Contracts
Management of the sales pipeline within the CRM
Analyzing and reporting data
Gathers and interprets data to assist in property acquisitions
Conduct Due Diligence on prospective acquisitions
Schedule appointments to meet or speak with potential clients
Follow up on prospective leads
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ambitious and enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Exceptional telephone skills - ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong sense of urgency

Previous job experience working in an office setting. Real Estate background and internship experience is a plus.
