About the Project Role: Logistics Coordinator

What we are looking for:
Excellent fluency in written and verbal English communication skills
Detail oriented, organized with a track record for meeting deadlines
Naturally empathetic and patient
A passion for turning bad situations into good stories
Resourceful problem solver, knows their way around the internet
A can do attitude - is willing to roll up their sleeves eager to learn new skills
Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience, preferably in eCommerce
Must be willing to work virtually from 10 AM to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday
Must have a personal computer, quiet space, and fast internet
Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and Tradegecko is a huge plus

Job Duties
Data Entry
Place Purchase Orders
Respond to internal sales inquiries
Track Shipments and Inventory
Issue refunds
Enter payments
Edit products
Report issues up to management in a clear, concise manner to help solve systemic issues
Make it Fun!
Other duties as assigned
