We are currently looking for an exceptional Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.
You see, here at Fusemate we help our customers stop feeling overwhelmed and stuck in their businesses. The thought of trying to learn marketing automation and how to implement it stresses them out. They have a mounting to-do list that never gets done and this is causing them to fall behind and their business isn't growing. This has a negative impact on their personal family life too.
That's why they come to us.
We take their marketing automation to-do list off their hands, and they feel a sense of relief that it will get done by professional marketing automation experts. I've personally seen their faces when they free up hours of their day because they are no longer doing repetitive admin tasks, manually sending emails and invoices. The system is doing it for them.
Here's why we need your help.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Work with the project manager to receive and deliver completed marketing automation tasks and projects for customers in Ontraport, including reviewing the task, implement the task and document the completed task with any helpful comments for the project manager or customer
Checking the status of contacts to make sure they are moving through campaigns successfully
Creating the necessary documentation for customer support to effectively respond to inquiries about task requests, such as the price of products, links to order forms, etc
Setting up/split-testing landing pages using Ontraport, LeadPages and WordPress
Getting different tools and plugins to integrate and work together to implement a connected workflow, for example: Ontraport CRM, WPFusion, PilotPress, AccessAlly, payment gateways, etc
Capturing and analyzing key metrics, including product sales, campaign engagement stats, email conversion, etc.
Identifying and implementing ways customers can improve their Ontraport campaigns, webinars, automations, etc
Monitoring and maintaining company and customer conversion funnels, campaigns and automations (lead acquisition, customer onboarding, sales processing, etc.)

Experience using Ontraport
Fluent in English
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills
Tech savvy and have experience implementing software on an account per account basis
Knowledge of Marketing Automation services like Ontraport and Active Campaign
Knowledge of payment gateways and shopping carts like Stripe, Woocommerce and Authorize.net
Experience using WordPress
Ability to manage several projects and customers at one time
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and writing skills
Experience: two years using Ontraport (Preferred)
Certifications: Ontraport Certified, Digital Marketer Certified (Preferred)
