Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing

strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and market share. This role requires a blend of creativity and

analytical skills to manage brand marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, and offline event marketing

effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth through

innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand presence and

achieve marketing objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and digital content that align

with our brand identity.

-Influencer Marketing: identify and collaborate with influencers across various platforms to expand brand

reach and authenticity. Negotiate partnerships and manage end-to-end execution of influencer

campaigns.

-Event Marketing: Plan and execute offline events, including trade shows, product launches, and

promotional events, to enhance brand engagement and customer experience. Coordinate with vendors,

manage budgets, and ensure seamless event execution.

-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and

competetive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive

ang integrated marketing approach.

-Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate

their effectiveness. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

-3-5 yers of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand and campaign

management.

-Strong understanding of brand development, influencer marketing strategies, and event planning.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and achieve marketing goals.

-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content

management systems.

-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

deadlines.
