1. Minimum 2 years experience on advertising sales from mobile or tranditional media industry;
2. Have strong connections with 4A and direct advertisers;
3. Good at sale strategy building, negotiation and relationship building;
4. Able to work independently;
5. Diligent and self-discipline;
6. Good at multiple culture communication.
