Process Support Analyst (Agile) full time

1.           The Digital Solutions Division (ITDS) requires the services of a Process Support Analyst for Agile practice, herein referred to as “PSA”, with extensive experience, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in the support of initiation, preparation, execution and control of agile practice implementation who will help in the agile preparation, planning and delivery of digital solutions operations services.          


2.           The PSA will report to the Senior IT Officer (Digital Solutions) or assigned Scrum Master. Reporting arrangements may later vary as the need arises.


3.           The PSA supports Digital Solutions Division’s agile teams to:

a.   Refine the product backlog

b.   Prepare and organize Release Planning meeting with product owners, product lead, account leads and stakeholders

c.    Prepare, coordinate and organize events such Sprint/Kanban Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Review and Retrospective

d.   Prepare/gather, monitor and track progress of checklists, key performance indicators, and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)

e.   Understand Sprint/Kanban key roles and responsibilities by providing briefing/walkthrough to Sprint/Kanban team, product owner and stakeholders

f.     Gather and submit required documentation to support Request for Change (RFC) submission

g.   Keep up-to-date assigned agile tools and systems (Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, PowerBI reports, Scrum/Kanban Boards)

h.   Support the transition of teams into Agile practice

i.     Maintain and share agile practice body of knowledge

j.     Liaise with the ITD Agile Center of Excellence on optimizing practice, sharing of lessons and knowledge

k.    Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned to help optimize team performance


4.           The following qualifications are being sought:

·                    At least 2 years proven experience in supporting and administering agile process (Scrum and/or Kanban) in the scope described above

·                    4 years’ experience in a multi-lateral financial institution or comparable organization in a similar capacity

·                    2 years’ experience in the scheduling and administration of projects, preferred but not required

·                    Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and preferably, possesses leadership skills

Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
