Here's what you need to know:
In our updated approach, tasks will be assigned with an estimated completion time. Upon finishing a task, you'll receive compensation based on the estimated time it should take.
For instance, if a task is projected to take 20 hours, your compensation will reflect the completion of that 20-hour task. This method ensures that your efforts are fairly rewarded while maintaining efficiency and quality in our work.
We will discuss more of the task and amount after your selection in an interview .Estimated budget is if task is taking around 15 - 20 hrs , you will be paid $20 . We will give start and end date of task .
