I am looking for an Administrative Assistant with a background in Real Estate. We need someone who knows and understands the basics of a real estate transaction. Someone who will think things through and try to solve a problem before running for help. Someone who isn't afraid to call professionals, homeowners, title agents, investors, accountant, etc.
In the early stages, this job will consist of a few hours per week. The role, if all goes well, will quickly grow into many more hours. See below.
The general daily tasks will consist of:
- Email correspondence
- Staying on top of title agent - scheduling follow ups and reminders
- Providing documents to title company as needed
- Managing G-Suite file database
- Updating KPI data on spreadsheets
- Running comps
- Call warm leads
- Make offers on our behalf
- Coordinate showings between sellers and investors
