About the Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive remotely based Recruiter to help us grow our multicultural team. As a Recruiter, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in expanding our talent searching activities and exploring new job seeker markets.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and identify future hiring needs – specifically for positions such as Regulation and Compliance Experts, Customs Experts, Sanctions Specialists and Researchers
- Participate in developing and updating of job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and attract job candidates by using job search platforms, databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates’ CVs and application letters, conduct interviews, do reference check
- Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Follow and improve the company’s existing recruitment process, and apply recruiting best practices in your work
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Create positive job candidate experience, build candidate relationships during the selection process and promote company’s employer brand.
What you can offer:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or relevant field
- Proven work experience as Recruiter, preferably with experience of hiring for roles in the global trade and compliance industry
- Out-of-the box thinking when it comes to approaching prospect candidates
- Solid ability to conduct interviews and create candidate summaries
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, questionnaires, reference check etc)
- Hands on experience with recruiting software (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ATS etc)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
