The primary specifics of the job will be to:

1.) Create opportunities, manage these opportunities and close opportunities, while measuring where in the process each sale is either with a creation “funnel” system or a CRM.

2.) Work with the team to design custom solutions into identified customers resulting in revenue.

3.) implementation of new selling activity into new industries and driving the strategic direction of sales to fit with the overall strategic direction of the company.

4.) reporting sales results to senior platform leadership. This role is on the leadership team and will have a key part in defining strategy and addressing other business challenges as they arise.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing
  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales management, and complete competence in developing and implementing sales strategies with successes vs. budgets
  • Must demonstrate a high level of working and communication experience with the team
  • Ability to build and manage sales funnel in order to achieve or exceed budget objectives
  • Demonstrated effectiveness with negotiation skills and relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a stretch goal environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver results; includes Product Management, Inside Sales, Marketing
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adjust in a rapidly changing environment
