Prime One Financial Services is looking to hire ambitious new agents for our sales team!
As a sales rep, you will need to access and monitor our CRM tool for leads that have opted into one of our sales funnels. You will perform outbound calls to these leads to perform what we call a ”free credit analysis.” The goal of these calls is to have the lead sign up for our credit monitoring service which will allow us to access their credit file. From there, we can give them a customized plan to restore their credit. Finally, you will either set an appointment, close the sale or resubmit the lead back into the CRM with call notes so that we can follow up with our automated email marketing campaign.
- Excellent fluency in both verbal and written English
- Driven attitude with strong, aggressive sales tactics
- Bad credit is a sensitive topic, therefore you must be skilled in showing empathy.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to master our CRM and the various software we use to scale our business.
- Availability to work between 9 AM- 6 PM EDT
- 2+ years of sales experience is preferred
- Experience with specific tools such as Credit Repair Cloud, Lead2Clients, Zapier, and Twilio.
- General knowledge on the U.S. credit system
- Must meet the industry standard of a 20% close rate for these leads.
- Anything over 30% will include a bonus
The compensation for this role is anywhere from $3-5 per hour depending on sales experience. This is going to be a full-time contract position, but there is a 30 day trial period in which you will work part time as we determine if this is a mutually good fit.
