We are looking for Senior System Administrator, with at least 7 years of experience in managing dedicated servers and private cloud environments.Â
The individual must be able to work remotely on a full-time basis and shall be self-driven, eager to adopt new technologies and embrace best practices.
Must be okay with working with a team that is completely remote.
Required skills:
Experience with different Linux distributions (Ubuntu / Debian, CentOS, etc)
Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot critical infrastructure such as servers, SAN, and backup appliances.
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as KVM / Proxmox / VMware / Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with RDBMS (MySQL master-slave replication) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) server and cluster deployments
Broad knowledge of server software and hardware
Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or equivalent
Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, or equivalentÂ
Follow best practices
