About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive remotely based Technical Recruiter to help us grow our multicultural team. As a Recruiter, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in expanding our talent searching activities and exploring new job seeker markets.

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and identify future hiring needs – specifically for technical positions such as Java Developers, Python Developers, Open Source Experts and Linux Administrators, web application developers – both front-end and back-end, large language models/machine learning specialists
  • Participate in developing and updating of job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source and attract job candidates by using job search platforms, databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates’ CVs and application letters, conduct interviews, do reference check
  • Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Follow and improve the company’s existing recruitment process, and apply recruiting best practices in your work
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Create positive job candidate experience, build candidate relationships during the selection process and promote company’s employer brand.

What you can offer:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, with knowledge of specific platforms for sourcing IT talent (job boards, social media platforms, professional communities, forums etc.)
  • Out-of-the box thinking when it comes to approaching prospect candidates in the IT field
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews and create candidate summaries
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, questionnaires, reference check etc)
  • Hands on experience with recruiting software (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ATS etc)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
