We are looking for **Customer Service Representative Talents from Germany living anywhere in the World ** with excellent communication skills to join us on our Premium projects, such as Inbound Customer Care over the phone/e-mail/chat for our project in the Hospitality industry or Outbound Data Verification, Soft Lead Generation, Upselling, Survey taking, Event invitation in many more industries.
We are now growing our high speed, multi-tasking project in the Hospitality industry with 10 new German Talents! Training starts on the last week of April. Apply still this week, qualify yourself to our Talent Pool, get settled and start training in a week.
We are looking for you in case you have:
- Contact Center (Inbound/Outbound) or other Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
- Computing skills, strong user level, strong multitasker, fast typing skills
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
- German is your mother tongue language in which you have excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- You also have a good command of English (for internal communication and training)
- Have 30hr availability per week, on week days and weekends (one day of every weekend)
- College or University Degree and/or experience with customer care in Hospitality is an advantage
