Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM PST (with 1 hour break)

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) to engage with clients and showcase properties.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, including posts, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries, and respond promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and competitors in the real estate industry.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including managing CRM, calendars, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
