We are a growing E-commerce business that aims to help businesses succeed. We seek highly organized Virtual Assistants to join our team, capable of independent and proactive work to handle various aspects of our client’s business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (General Admin, Real Estate, Medical, Digital Marketing or Accounting)
- Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and attention to detail
- Very proactive and comfortable talking to US clients
- Knowledgeable in digital advertising platforms/softwares such as Photoshop, Canva, SMM, Etsy is an advantage
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices, terminology and procedures is an advantage
Role and responsibilities:
- Calendar and schedule management
- Phone and email management
- Manage and organize documents, contracts and databases
- Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and/or social media
- Project coordination
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Research and analyze opportunities for client personal and professional growth
- Manage and follow-up leads
- Build rapport and manage relationships with the client’s network and team
This role is for full-time employment, permanent work from home, with salary range of $600-800 per month depending on expertise, experience, qualifications, skills and seniority of the position offered.
