I'm looking for a virtual assistant to complete a variety of tasks within my company. We are a large format gym located in Victoria, Australia. One of the most important parts of operating a gym is generating and following up on leads. I need a virtual assistant to help with this. I'm looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English
- Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week
- Is an expert in Microsoft Excel,
- Uses Instagram, Facebook and has experience with Google My Business
- Is able to maintain a high level of focus
Primarily, your role will involve list building. Initially you will be building lists of Instagram accounts that may be interested in my company's services.
It's imperative that you have a high level of attention to detail, so when applying for the job, don't use the words 'attention to detail', instead use the word focus, so that I can see you've read the entire description, not just the job title.
I will provide direction and support as required. You will not be expected to know what I'm thinking or exactly how everything works, but you should have a solid knowledge base on the topics listed above.
