Virtual Assistant & Accounting hourly

Hy.ly is looking for a virtual assistant to help with different tasks in the virtual office. These tasks include the following, but could be expanded as you demonstrate skills to take on more:

Accounting

  • We will start out by reviewing and organizing 2017 transactions. You will then continuously review and organize once or twice a month.
  • Collect and file company expenses from various online vendors to a centralized receipts repository
  • Manage Accounts Receivables including creating and sending invoices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Virtual Assistant

  • Manage and organize appointments for the team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

General

  • Just to make sure you are detail oriented, start your cover letter by addressing me by my name (it's on the bottom) and write "I am a detail-oriented!"
  • Must be available for at least 3 hours that overlap with our working time of 9AM to 6PM Eastern US.
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Must be able to converse comfortably in English.
